The Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls (LCWAG) is dedicated to ensuring that every woman and girl in Loudoun County has equitable opportunities for personal and professional growth. LCWAG advances leadership, education, and empowerment through research, community partnerships, advocacy, and programs that address systemic gaps affecting women and girls.
