Capital Off Road Enthusiasts Inc (CORE) is a nonprofit four‑wheel‑drive club serving the DC‑Maryland‑Virginia region. Founded in 2000, CORE was created with the interest of promoting responsible four wheel driving and having a blast doing it! We are non-vehicle specific and welcome everyone. We offer trail rides and events for all levels of off-road drivers and aren’t looking to tear up any vehicles. Through organized four wheeling there can be enjoyment and relaxation, while maintaining a respect for the environment that doesn’t require a “professional driver on a closed course.”
